What is a Penny Fruit Bun?
A typical Caribbean "fruit bun," inspired by the British fruit bun, is filled with candied fruits (5% papaya, pineapple, honeydew melon) and raisins (3%). These traditional Jamaican fruit buns are smaller than spiced buns, but just as flavorful.
